This page is provided by HyperW, a service of Melya Holding B.V., trading as HyperW (hereafter: HyperW). The site owner whose page you are visiting, the organisation named in the choice banner (hereafter: the Controller), is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR for the processing described in this statement. HyperW acts as a processor on behalf of the Controller, under a data processing agreement.

The data controller is the organisation named in the choice banner on this page.
This statement factually describes which data is processed, on which legal basis, how long it is retained, and which choices and rights you have.
When the page opens, the banner lets you choose between a personalised version and a standard version. That choice determines which of the two processing layers below applies. Both buttons are equal; making no choice counts as no consent and results in layer 0.
If you choose the personalised version, you consent to the following processing, exclusively to tailor the page to you and to enable follow-up by the Controller:
Information you enter yourself, such as priorities or choices in interactive elements, counts as self-declared input and is used only to tailor the content of the page.
| Data | Layer | Retention period |
|---|---|---|
| Truncated IP address in log files (IPv4 /24, IPv6 /48) | 0 | Limited log retention per the data processing agreement |
| Network organisation data (company name, industry) | 0 | Session-bound processing; no personal profile |
| Consent registration (timestamp, banner text version, method of consent, choice) | 0 and 1 | 2 years from the moment consent is given or withdrawn |
| Aggregated counters (shown, accepted, declined, withdrawn) | 0 and 1 | 90 days |
| Choice cookie (remembers your banner choice) | 0 and 1 | 180 days |
| Session and recognition data, including the device fingerprint | 1 | 30 days rolling after the last activity; deleted immediately upon withdrawal of consent |
| Business email address and profile data (where provided) | 1 | For the duration of the consent, until withdrawal or a deletion request |
The consent registration is retained as evidence that and how consent was given or declined (Article 7(1) GDPR). This registration contains no substantive profile of you and no IP address, device fingerprint or email address.
Data is shared exclusively with the following categories of recipients:
No data is sold and no processing takes place for HyperW's own commercial purposes, except for the aggregated and anonymised data described in chapter 5.
HyperW may create aggregated and anonymised data from the operation of the service and use it for operating, improving and benchmarking the service, including cross-client insights. Anonymisation follows the EDPB guidelines: the data is irreversibly stripped of identifying characteristics, such that no individual visitor, no individual client and no individual domain is identifiable or reasonably re-identifiable by means reasonably likely to be used. Such data is no longer personal data and falls outside the scope of the GDPR.
The content of the personalised page is partly composed automatically with the help of AI, based on the data described above. This concerns tailoring texts and the order of content. No automated decision-making takes place with legal effects or similarly significant effects for you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
Conversion feedback to advertising platforms (such as LinkedIn), consisting of the transmission of a platform click identifier upon a conversion event, takes place only where the Controller has explicitly enabled it and only on the basis of a separate, specific consent obtained from you and recorded in the consent registration. Absent that activation and that consent, no data is transmitted to advertising platforms.
A withdrawal control is available on the personalised page ("Turn off personalisation"). Withdrawal stops the layer 1 processing immediately; you then see the standard page. The withdrawal itself is recorded in the consent registration.
Via the deletion page you can request deletion of all data linked to your email address, regardless of how it originated (form or LinkedIn connection). To confirm your identity, this request runs through an email confirmation. Upon deletion, the following is erased:
Notifications, reports and drafts that have already been delivered to the Controller's own channels at the moment of your request (such as their Slack workspace, Microsoft Teams environment, CRM or webhook) fall outside HyperW's control from the moment of delivery; this is laid down in the data processing agreement. For that data the Controller is the point of contact and the Controller's retention policy applies. You can therefore also address your request directly to the Controller; HyperW supports the Controller in handling it.
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability of data you provided, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You can address requests to the Controller or to HyperW via dennis@hyperw.net; HyperW forwards requests to the Controller where needed. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
HyperW has not appointed a data protection officer; given the nature and scale of the processing this is not required. Privacy questions can be asked via the contact address above.
This statement is updated when the service or the processing changes. The version of the banner text under which you made your choice is recorded in the consent registration, so it is always traceable which information you received at that moment. In the event of substantive changes to the processing, consent is requested again.
