Deletion of data linked to your email address

Which data does this concern?

When you actively leave data on a page powered by HyperW, for example by entering a business email address in a form or by connecting your LinkedIn, data may be stored that is anchored to your email address. Via this page you can have all of that data deleted, regardless of how it originated.

What is deleted?

• the stored email anchor and profile data linked to it (such as name, organisation and role, where provided);
• entries in the recognition system that can be linked to your device or email address.

Notifications that have already been delivered to the site owner's own channels at the moment of your request (such as their Slack, Microsoft Teams or CRM) fall outside HyperW's control from the moment of delivery; this is laid down in the data processing agreement. For that data, contact the site owner; their retention policy applies.

Request deletion (Article 17 GDPR)

Enter the email address below. If data exists, we email that address a confirmation link (valid for 1 hour, single use). Clicking the link deletes the data. The deletion is irreversible. If you did not request the deletion yourself, simply ignore the email.
